UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I'm still waiting for my service to be reactivated. You have taken payment from me for a service I don't have. I don't understand how you would make me pay for a service I haven't watched. Your service is very poor and very unprofessional because every time I call you tell me that the service has been reinstalled.
