Unacceptable DSTV
Dstv has some nerve shutting down my account when I pay them every month. Now out of the blue my account needs payment when the DEBIT ORDER went of 3 days ago.

01 Jun 2024, 08:38Dstv put me on a 24 month contract family while I was on a month to month access. They done this without my consent and now I must pay. This is the service U get from dstv, no wonder everyone is closing their accounts

01 Jun 2024, 12:21Please note that I had showmax as well which was removed and re-added but now it wants me to pay. There was debit order of R227 that went off which was suppose to be for Showmax, Dstv access and namola plus. What went wrong and why do I need to pay now for services I aleady pay for
