UNACCEPTABLE DEBIT ORDER AMOUNTS

I called them on 13 February 2025 and was on the call with an agent for 30 minutes. I changed my package to cheaper as I am not able to afford R979 per month. If I could afford that I would have subscribed to the full package. After the agent assisted me, my payment would have been R515.

They debited my account yesterday with R979, after all the changes I made. I am not able to dispute the debit order. This is unacceptable. It is an embarrassment to even admit that you cant afford the supscription, and then they just ignore your request.

I want a full refund and my account to be closed and deleted.
