Unacceptable conduct by DSTV
I purchased a decorder when someone. DSTV now refuses to activate the decoder saying that the decorder is linked to that person account and they are in arrears. I have a letter from them indicating that the decorder may transferred. My question now is 1. Does one have to check that the person you are purchasing the decorder from does not owe DSTV 2. What do i have to do with another persons outstanding debts, as far as i know we each have our own accounts, i am not wanting to use that persons account 3. If they refusing to connect decorder should they not be held responsible from costs incurred
