Unacceptable behaviour from a very rude agent
I received a call from a DSTV agent from *** offering a waiver programme policy. I found him to be very rude. He constantly shouted at me when I asked him for clarity and when I told him I did like his tone, dropped the call on my ear. Please will you check the call as this was today 17 Oct @ 11:41 am. My number ***. Very rude and unacceptable behaviour.
