Unable to watch what I am paying for
I am not going to shout and scream, I've just resigned myself to the fact that you are a company that does not care about it's customers and is intent on providing a low quality service to those customers.
I've had a lot of problems with your streaming and I disconnected it. I recently reconnected so I can watch the rugby. It was working but now it has stopped working, it is saying I have reached limit of one concurrent stream. I am not streaming on any other devices. Why you would introduce this concurrent thing is a question, but why introduce something that blocks your paying viewers.
I know you guys are just going to respond with the usual copy paste answers you give. You clearly do not care about your customers and you have the cheek to complain about Netflix.
I contacted your help chat and they couldn't help me because your system is down.
It's a bit of a joke your company, You must be the only privately owned company in the country that operates like a government entity.
So here I am, I have payed R900 and I can't access what I've paid for.
By the way, you still haven't put subtitles on your streaming service.
Please don't phone me, I am deaf. Email me.
