Unable to suspend OR cancel DSTV subscription TODAY!! ****************!!!!

<p>I've moved house and only taking occupancy on the 23rd of this month. I am staying at a friend in the interim and all my stuff is in storage. Including my ******* DSTV DECODER!</p> <p>I called this morning, advised them of my situation and asked if it could be SUSPENDED till the 23rd as it is a month to month contract which i pay in advance!</p> <p>Not only were the two agents I spoke to completely unhelpful but their attitude is disgraceful! I was told I CANNOT suspend OR cancel till the 2nd of next month which is my D/O date!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!! Where is the customer service here?!?! This is ****************!!!! Please cancel my Dstv subscription IMMEDIATELY!and I will be boycotting the **** outta Dstv!! ****** *******!! Thembisile and Mpho- USELESS, UNHELPFUL and borderline RUDE!! Thembisile advised I CANNOT be put through for the survey to rate her, I will get a message after to do so. Strange that in the beginning of the recorded message at the start of the call you are advised to REQUEST to be put through! Still awaiting text message for survey and I called 2hours ago. MULTICHOICE these are the kinds of people you are employing as CUSTOMER RELATIONS AGENTS???????!!! The two of them did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to even TRY and assist me!! Mpho told me there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I can cancel or suspend REGARDLESS of my sistuation!! I did my research and see that this complaint is a common one on Hellopeter. I expect someone is SENIOR management to contact me TODAY to sort this out. Regardless of the outcome, you have now lost a loyal and paying customer. I want a refund for my money for October and thereafter I want ZERO to do with ANYTHING MULTICHOICE related. My storage unit is currently enjoying PREMIUM Dstv for around R950 this month! ABSOLUTE ******* SERVICE!!!!!!!!</p>
