Unable to rent Box Office movies

For over two years whenever I want to rent a movie on Box Office I am unable to do so either on TV screen or via website. EVERYTIME I have to phone Multichoice and get an agent to 'rent' if from their side! EVERYTIME I request that this problem be escalated. Last week the agent said many clients have to do this. Please sort this out.
