unable to remove e16
i have a problem with removal of e16 on secondary decoder for almost 2 weeks now , multichoice call centre have been making promises that they can not keep , they kept telling that that it has been rectified when I get home I find the same problem , other have promised to do a follow up but nothing has happened , no one is willing to help and this is really annoying because I do pay for a service then I expect the benefits of what I paid for
