Unable to log into Showmax

I called Multichoice last for them to help me showmax as I have been paying the channel. It is more than a 6 months since I could not watch it as I am unable log in. I called the call centre and a guy tried to assist but was unable and I had to be on a call for more than 45 min and when it got cut they did not call me back. I feel I am forfeiting all the months I paid for showmax and could not watch.
