Unable to link Showmax / DSTV as no customer service channels available

Good Day. I am trying to link my Showmax Account with my DSTV account. I am unable to do this, as my ID number does not want to accept on the Showmax website. I have contacted DSTV on several occasions, but either there is no progress on my case or I am advised to contact Showmax. Showmax has no customer service channels available. The online chat gets no response during office hours. There is no email address or telephone number available to escalate. How can I have a technical account issue investigated and fixed? DSTV is blaming Showmax for my problem, Showmax is blaming DSTV for the problem and there is no way to contact either of them effectively to solve this issue.
