Unable to get a statement

I cannot believe that Multichoice turn your system off for non-payment and then when this is queried they say that I have to take their word of the money owed and they are unable to send out a statement. Have you ever heard of a company being unable to send a detailed statement out? Unacceptable. What exactly are we paying for?
