Unable to contact DSTV

I want a new contract. Phoned the call Centre, they said someone would call back (no one has called back) Filled in the form on the app for someone to call back ( No one has called back) Tried the bot on the app to get the direct number to phone. They don’t have a direct number which is quite hard to believe since they have phoned me many times, usually to try to sell me insurance. The guy told me he would escalate the query. I have no confidence in this. HOW DO I CONTACT THEM ????
