Unable to cancel my subscription

I have been trying to cancel one of my subscriptions using the DSTV online self-service. When I schedule the cancellation I am greeted with the error message: "Unfortunately the package cannot be disconnected". There is no reason provided as to why the package cannot be disconnected and I urgently need to get this subscription cancelled.
