Unable to cancel my DSTV
Its impossible to cancel my DSTV subscription. Their App does not provide the option to cancel my DSTV. Their automated whatsup system gives you the option to cancel your service but it does not work. Their online chat is also hopeless. After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to respond I gave up.
Where are the good old days when you could speak to an operator on the phone.

Thus I wanted to give you your months notice to end my subscription with DSTV. But is you cancel it on 30 September that is even better. I just hope you don't debit my bank account on the 30th. Because then you owe me DSTV until end Oct.
