Called on 27 Aug 2019 at 13:27 for a Cancellation ***-ir67, spoke to Phemelo

Called on 28 Aug 2019 at 13:23 for Confirmation Scheduled for 2 Sep ***-i76

DSTV deducted R 621.57 on 2 Sep again

Called on 12 Sep 2019 at 14:48 for an apparent Immediate Cancellation. Was put on hold and listened to music until I can’t keep anymore (after 20 minutes) Called back at 15:12, Iyanda Mslungu said someone will phone me back, a week later, nothing from DSTV

Called on 13 Sep 2019 at 17:20, again, music until I can’t keep anymore Called back at 17:30, Nolan "escalated it for me, #*** (escalation number)

Called again 16 Sep 2019 at 14:00, ***-i18, will escalate

Called now (18 Sep 2019 at 07:10) ... still active
