Unable to amend a postal address
<p> </p> <p>I have been trying for 2 years to amend my postal address. I have been more than 20 times into call centre, phoned and emailed and yet they cant amend my postal address. Delivery to home address caused an unfortunate incident the other day as we dont get delivery at home which scared my mom. This is unacceptable that DSTV system cant take 6 digits as a postal address. Surely by now 2 years later your IT dept should of sorted this. Thandi at walk in centre promised it would be resolved and still not. How can you not send a magazine to a postal address. Please can dstv take amending postal address seriously</p> <p> </p>

After so many emails and empty promises my postal address still has not been amended and the magazine is still going to the physical address after each month now for a how many months still not done please can DSTV sort this out now!!!!!
