Unable to access showmax from the decoder
For weeks now I haven't been able to access showmax from my decoder because it says "payment required". However my DSTV payment already includes the showmax subscription and I can access showmax from my device. Please reimburse me for this inconvenience since I'm paying for a service I can't access while you guys are collecting premiums from me.
