Ultra upgrade
U guys are pathetic, 150minutes of my airtime wasted over last 3days for a price lock and new ultra intalation, spoke to managers who promised to call back and no call back. Everybody is escalating but not resolved, seems u dont know how to resolve ur issues, contacted installer to come and remove ur ****. Been a custmer for more than20 years and always has **** with u.
