DStv decided to upgrade our subscription without calling . We called they told us that the upgrade was cancelled . They’ve disconnected us about 3 times and we have to keep calling sk that they connect us . Today they disconnected us again and tgey are telling us they are waiting for the finance department which is bulldhit . Yall are doing ***** by upgrading members without calling them and now we have to wait for your finance department .
