If I could give a negative I would. Added insurance to my account without my knowledge. I paid my normal amount for the month and was disconnected because of the insurance premium I never gave permission to join. Have to call the Insurance department myself coz call Centre agent does not excess. As them to cancel then call the customer center again for reconnection of which they tell you to pay the reconnection and errears that their *****ulent insurance consultant did. What kind of service is that! Time and money wasted for nonsense 🤬🤬🤬😡

27 Nov 2023, 10:10Good day i have the same problem this month a higher amount because of insurance i never agreed to. Pleased remove your insurance amounts from my account so i can pay for the month. The customer services consultants are not helpful as they always say the system is down . i need this sorted ASAP.
