I am very disappointed with DSTV and just as I knew they did exactly what I told them not to do. I got a call from a Lebo Khoza from their dstv insurance about some payment plan when I am dead. After her reading for me the terms and conditions I specifically told her I do not want the payment plan insurance . She even called me several times after that trying to convince me and I didn't pick up anymore because she just could not take No. Now when I check my dstv bill breakdown I find that R69 is added to my bill for next month for the Pay,ent plan insurance I specifically said NO to.

I want it removed because I did not agree or say Yes to it. Just because I am paying via debit order doesn't mean dstv can do as they please to my account, by adding things I do not want .

I want it canceled and I want that Lebo girl told No means No. Otherwise I will cancel the entire dstv package I have. It's irritating having to always complain about simple things. It's annoying that dstv always tried to rob us of money . I hate the fact that this is morethan the 4th time I complain about dstv.
