My mom paid her dstv but they closed her account or viewing stating that she owes money and needs to pay. Upon investigation it turns out that they have *****ulently added a funeral plan without her knowledge. Now when she pays her subscription it gets allocated to this funeral plan. This is ***** and must be condemned and exposed!
