Can not believe this company is still operating. Day light credit card ***** is happening on their website. Taking money and not providing the service. Unbelievable. Customer service is an utter joke.

12 Jul 2023, 19:21 Shonwell called promising he would sort it out but now I see I have no connection even though its no use as the package doesn't show what I was promised was included. I have paid on my credit card yet the "system" couldn't track the payment.
I asked for my refund as I didnt have service for over a week. "oh no" shonwell said "we cant do that!" I have no service. DSTV is holding my payment and providing no service yet we can't mention the fr**d word on here.
Wait until you get a summons to appear in court.
