*****ulent documents to change bank details.

I have retired and wanted to change my DSTV debit order to my business bank account. I am the only Director and the only authorized signature on the bank account. I have been trying sins Feb2023. After many emails I went to the Port Elizabeth agency (4 times) no success. Now I have found out why, but I believe their requirement is not legal. I had to complete a form, and, on the form, it asks for the Account holder signature, according to the PE agency I may not sign it although I am the Director and the only authorized signature on the bank account. They want one of my staff to sign on my behalf. please explain to me how can this be legal??? I will be sending this to my bank and attorney as well
