*****ulent deduction and cancellation delays

I’m trying to cancel my dstv subscription and was told to by the online chat bot/ agent to expect a call from an agent. No one has called me yet to finish the cancellation. A *****ulent deduction of R175 was also made on my account by dstv. The agent I was chatting to on the website mentioned that the deduction was for insurance. I mentioned that this insurance policy was done *****ulently because I never approved it and the agent named Lerato quickly sent me cancellation emails and closed our chat without warning. This is very suspicious. I want a cancellation of all services and I want the R175 to be refunded back to my bank account!
