*****ulent Contracts

A lady called Anele from Dstv sales dept called me on the 1st of November 2025 to tell me about the New Decoder that has built in wi-fi and Netflix. She told i can have it for R199 pm and i told her i always make cash payments on my Account and i don't want any Dstv debits. She insisted to have my banking details and said she needed them to complete the sale. She further asked to do a credit check on my profile and i told her not to credit check me and that she should cancel the sale. I told her i do not want any credit checking as i was on a process to purchase a property. She went ahead and processed the sale without my consent. An old Decoder, same as the one i had was delivered to my house while i was at work. I have called several times taking to different people to cancel the contract and collect the Decoder. The decorder was collected a week later and i was promised by Lee-Ann that Tshepo the Team Leader would call me back. Today it's the 22nd November and they still have not removed the *****ulent contract off my name and no one bothered to call me back even after the several calls i have been making to them. I spent two weeks calling daily and i was just taken from pillar to post with no solution.
