*****ulent conduct and poor servcie

So DSTV decided to include an additional stream account on my package and apparently I took that additional stream in June 2024 but surprisingly only billed from August 2024? Now I'm told that it was system error that im only billed two months later. What puzzled me with all of this is that my package comes with 1 stream, and now I'm charged extra 360 and my services suspended because of something that they forcefully implemented and im told they will not reconnect until I pay and then goign forward the product will be canceled. This makes sense and proves all the media says about the fall of dstv amd financial constraints, so for them to stay upfloat it's add products and charger consumers extra so to get more money? Wow what a *****ulent institution they are and ICASA must intervene and disband that institution
