*****ulent Billing for Funeral Cover
I have requested a recording of the conversation when I took out a funeral cove with them which I didn’t , but I have been met with repeated delays and unfulfilled promises.
I was promised an investigation into my issue, but I have not received any updates or follow-up since then.
The lack of communication is disappointing.
This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
