Multichoice upgraded my package without informing me. Now they want me to pay reconnection and downgrade fee. For what?

My Ds has been on all this time, why should I pay R50 for reconnection and R250+ for downgrading something I didn't upgrade.

If they don't solve this by the end of today I'm going to cancel my subscription.

This is totally unacceptable!
