*****ulent activated more to get us to pay more

Hi we have issues with Multichoice ID *** Sifiso Moses Luthuli out package premium is R450 so last week I received an SMS saying we need to pay R700 when I called to log a complaint the agent kept me holding the line today again the 5th July I called again to complain.only for them to tell me we activated extra things since may I asked the agent for the call recording when we called and requested he could not provide me with that but they keep saying all calls are recorded while they have *****ulently activated more to get extra cash from us. I wonder to how many clients this ***** is being done by Multichoice
