I need one of your insurance agent to call me and explain why am I signed up for three insurances that I don’t know of. I promise I will sue dstv for a *****ulent act cause this was done without my consent. I only know of one insurance the other 3 I need explanation.

I can’t keep on calling and dealing with people seem not to know what they doing. I’ve been calling for two weeks . You won’t compensate me for my airtime that I’ve been spending. Calling every seconding day and being kept on hold for 45min to an hour that my money hey!
Can you please stop responding without action cause I haven’t received a call nor mail regarding all of my complaints. Multi choice is very unprofessional.

05 Jan 2025, 22:33I’ve sent proof of payment , sent bank statement but you guys still refuse to allocate my payment. Regardless of numerous call I’ve made I was disconnected every second day in December. Your service providers have been telling me that they have escalated the matter only to find out from one of them that , they haven’t been doing that.
Millicent Zwane Has refused to allocated my payment regardless of the proof of payment and statement I’ve sent to her via mail. She says I should highlight it and the send a letter from the bank what madness is that, when you have proof of payment 😳😳😳have you guys hired illiterates? Cause people that I have been talking too Oh! My goodness
