2 weeks ago we starting having the error code of U02CTO. I've spoken to consultants who just tell you that they don't know they error and can't remove the code nor resolve this issue. Was told to go to the nearest branch, which I did but with no luck... The error msg is still there... This issue is irritating the hell out of me, might as well just end my subscription with DStv... Reading all these reviews with no positive outcome reconfirms that one must close the subscription
