DSTV owe me R1184.40 and I got an email today from a Noelan Naidoo that indicates they will only refund me R400.00. According to the email I only submitted a proof of payment, this was never asked it was asked that I proof that I paid them. Why are you only paying R400.00. I cancelled my subscription with you and I expect you to reimburse me the full amount. What proof of payment are you asking for? Did anyone of you office phone me or communicated with me? How did you get to R400.00? If I ever knew that this is how you teat your clients that cancelled I would have cancelled long ago. Very disappointed on the outcome. Anastacia Hartley
