DSTV phased out Showmax Pro end of Sep 2023. They then sent communication of a package they were offering former Showmax Pro customers which I activated but never got confirmation. I called and email many times with different agents giving different reasons. Eventually they said it’s due to my accounts not being linked or something like that.
For whole 3 months from I called and followed up on the query. Today, after over 50 emails and many phone calls and thousand escalations I’m told the time to take up the deal has lapsed. No accountability whatsoever from their side for the delay and effectively lack of service.
The one star rating is actually too much as they didn’t help at all but kept telling me of escalations for 3 months
