Your installers are out here having a field day and thier businesses have your logos on it. I had an explorer installed by "DSTV Techs in Gauteng" and thier rates and services are jaw dropping. Firstly they said thoer rates were R350 but yhey let you know when they are here that its R350 call out and then R375 per hour. The guy (Brian) installed and the i said i will link the decoders with multichoice since he is working on the hour. When i fail with multichoice to connect the decoders because there needs to be an extra "heart beat" cable to the other decoders, Brian says he will have to charge more to come back, i escalated to the person he reports to ***) he tells me the same story that they need to charge more for the cable they didnt install. What utter nonsense is that? When i ask if they are in business for service or money, he gladly said they are in it for the money. I am F*Cken disgusted by this service! How are these guys selected by you to represent you in our home's and have such incidents???
