Two DSTV EXPLORA 3 Decoders failing Hard drives. Must I buy a third? and it fails like the other two?
DSTV, Got two DSTV model 3 Explora decoders, both of which say ******* hard drive with no PVR functions working (I never used 10% of the Hard Drive Capacity)
The recent on, I purchased in May 2020, but two months on it was ******* and PVR is not working anymore. the other one I have bought in June 2019, tried calling I am not being told anything, but Today I am sitting here having spent R2000 on two Explora decoders which never managed to last a year? please advise DSTV? must I buy a third one which will be ******* aswell?
