TV connection
Greetings On the 17th February2023 I canceled a contract I took on the 16th February2023,due to financial challenges on accessing a internet.I did that 7days before as per contract agreement..My account has been suspended since then instead Im told I owe R2700 I don't know anything of about it. I've sent emails,calling them instead I'm getting different responds from their employers,,I have been waiting for their collection since from the day I canceled until I decided to take the decoder back to the door on the 23 March since they said they can only reconnect my account once the decoder has been fetched. Can you please assist me in getting my TV connection again ..Thank you
