Turn 1 star into 5 stars - Fortunate!!!

I had the misfortune of my decoder breaking down and having to visit the DSTV Customer Center in Randburg. Every previous encounter I have had with them has been unpleasant and this started off no differently with a wait of more than 90 minutes in a queue outside in the winter cold. By the time I got to sit in front of the customer agent, I was angry, cold and more than a little irritated with everyone I had dealt with to that point. But once I got to deal with Fortunate, the agent assigned to my problem, everything else was forgotten. Her personality and service were absolutely brilliant and it turned what would have been a 1 star rating into a 5 star experience. What a shining example of customer service she was. Just an awesome lady to deal with!!!
