Sometime last year did sign up for price lock and I've never missed a payment but now they over charging me saying my account its in arreas which is not and always pay my account on time and I now want to close they account and they want to and they telling me I should pay extra which is something that I won't do, I want to cancel this price lock and get a normal account with them, when I call they tell me they can't give me the number for price lock department I need to communicate via email and the consultant gave me wrong email address
