Trying to charge annual fee twice.

We pay my mothers subscription annually. We have done this the past few years by credit card. After we had already paid you this year, you tried to take it off her bank account! How dare you! There were insufficient funds so the debit order bounced (thank goodness) but this has now affected her credit score and cost her R61 in bank charges. I expect Multichoice to at least refund these charges. And make an apology to her for doing this. Damn chee****
