I replaced my HD PVR with an Explora PVR. Multichoice activated it for us.
I then gave the HD PVR to my mother (who has an existing SD PVR). We then contacted Multichoice to activate the HD PVR for her, and deactivate the SD PVR. It has taken 3 days to get nowhere. We have sent all the forms and info they need. Now they want us to wait until the 2nd of September and apply again. They seem to think we are cancelling our service!!!
We do not want to cancel any service. We want to deactivate one decoder, and activate another.
We had no problem doing this with a newly purchased decoder. With all the correct info - why can they not do this for a decoder from another subscriber!!
