Truly Remarkable Service Delivery!
I refer back to an issue that I've been simply battling to resolve with Multichoice since May 2017, and after many complaints and calls from my side I had the pleasure of dealing with Samukelo Ntuli. He really took the time to investigate and resolve my query with the utmost efficiency. He is professional, courteous and patient. Everytime when I refer something to him, it's answered/resolved within a time frame that is not even expected. Thank you for repairing my faith in your company, Management can be proud to have you on their team!
