True Rating is Zero Stars - Bunch of *********** *******!!!

Bunch of incompetence lot and lack listening skills and ability to pay attention to detail. The ******* automatically upgraded my package without any communication with me nor any consent for that matter. When the 3 months 'promo' period ended, I saw a change in my bill and enquired to which it was alleged that I did an upgrade through a 'self-service' option but they couldn't tell me on what platform.

I then had a series of phone calls and engagements with their agents to which one admitted this was an error on their side and it will be rectified...which never happened. I just want to put it out here, as I've reiterated many times during the phone calls I would initiate myself despite them having a ref open to fix this, I will not pay for something that I never consented to. This is thievery of the highest order
