I like to rate the service of the lady by the name of Amanda Ngongoma on the 29 January, I never received a good new and i hated to call Multi choice and i called with my sister with my frustration because i was connecting her with my sister who in Limpopo and the line was not that clear and perfect but the patience that she had and the good service that was delivered it was on another level who ever is her manager must relook at her KPI and give her a beautiful raise because she is what a true presenter and an ambassador that can change their fate trust me if you can have few of Amanda's personality you can will our hearts again
