Trouble with them and my account

on the 22 of May i had dstv installed a week after i was switched off..the lady on the phone said that i had to make a first payment in 24hours after installment.. that i never knew because the installer never told that to me.. i left money in my account the money was never deducted.. on the 16th of june i phoned to make a pay arrangement to make a double payment on my account for june and 5 days later i am switched off again. On the 21st of june i phoned again and the lady on the phone said that if pay arrangements are to be made i have to send an email.. people keep doing things with out telling me to do another thing..

I really think this is nonesense
