Treating customers unfairly

I have been using dstv for years,this months I wanted to pay my account then they say I have accounts that are active then but I'm watching only one decoder the other one was long time closed but they say i need to pay double how cause I only watching one decoder the hole month and closing it for good now very bad treating their loyal customers unfairly 2😡
