Treating customers unfairly

Dear Multichoice.

I hope you feel happy when customer always do up and down with calls that does not have resolution, you enjoy getting attention from customers by disconnecting their tvs so that they call you, in June I called to reconnect and get a package that am happy about, I have instructed consultant to debit the amount that suppose to be debited the following day, she failed to do so, when I call in to ask why didn't they take money, they say it was system error, who's fault is that? I end up not watching TV fro June 21 until July 20, but through out they have been putting charges for me to pay for their own mistakes, I called their call center and the agent said it was a mistake they will reverse all the charges then the following day the call center agent call me and say they want to assist me to reconnect, I told them that No I have debit order in place, she said they can override it and take it same time then it will only debit in August, I ask them what if you make multiple debit orders they say it won't, the following day debit order went off and on the day that I have agreed on, am surprise when they say my debit order failed, when I check bank statement debit order is successfully but they were trying to send second debit order, meaning the consultant that I tell her that she must not put debit order because there is debit order in place she just act as if she is listening but she force to load the second one for her own benefit, I called multi choice and ask why are you sending second debit order were as you did get money, he is taking me back on their mistakes he is still forcing me to pay for the charges that was caused by them, I ask him to listen to calls and hear how I communicated with all consultants, he promise to call me back after listening to calls, and never call back, now I am just receiving an sms saying you disconnected my package, we're as my monthly subscription was paid as per agreement. I think all 50 calls that you receive from me crying for one thing are over, I will be reversing my payment and I will stay without your dstv, I can not stand to be treated this way on something that am paying for,

I still don't understand because I paid on the 20 July on my pay day, and as far as I know the next debit order is on the 20 of August, I don't have two debit orders with multi choice, I have one debit order, the Ad-Hoc that you talking about is new to me, I know nothing about that. You debited R369 on the 20 July as agreed, the next debit order is 336 on 20 August, I don't know two debit orders please. Or is there any were when you listen to calls were I have agreement of two debit orders with you guys? So does this mean you still switching off my TV on 31 for second debit order that you demanding that I don't know about?
