Treated very bad

After being inconvenience due to disconnection even though I did pay my monthly fee I was told that there was an upgrade without my concern someone from their department decided to do an upgrade without my knowledge and I needed to pay for subscription I did not authorised very bad service. Their staff are mis_selling and they don't want to take responsibility and correct their mistakes. Very bad service
