Treated to terror on a company paid holiday

My partner works for Multichoice and recently after completion of a work project that denied us time that was out of her working hours, she was rewarded with a voucher for a Holiday together with her partner. The Multichoice internal travel agent Red Carpet travel who made a mess with the bookings have left me with the problem after being assaulted by a guard at the resort and my car scratched and the whole retreat was a disaster that was cut short, it was painful for me to have to see my partner feel useless as her colleagues were at 5 star hotels under the same voucher thing and she now feels like Multichoice does not value her. You would think multichoice takes employee benefits seriously as they don't pay overtime, multichoice should be disgraced as my little company recently took its employees on a team building together with theirs as they only hold face value when ranting about happy employees that are in reality dredding work unknowingly that rumour of retrenchment is making its rounds amongst top multichoice brass at night clubs under the influence.
